At RetroRoad Co., we want you to love your retro-inspired apparel. Since our products are custom-made through our print-on-demand partner, Printify, and supplied by Bayside Apparel, Bella + Canvas, and Generic Brand, we have a specific refund policy to ensure fairness for all. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase on our website, built with Wix.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

1.1 Defective or Damaged Items

We offer a refund or free reprint if your product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the listing description (e.g., wrong design, color, or size due to our error). This applies to issues caused during production by Printify or Bayside Apparel/Bella + Canvas/Generic Brand. Examples include:

  • Printing errors (e.g., misaligned or faded designs).

  • Damaged items (e.g., tears, stains).

  • Incorrect items sent.

You must report the issue within 30 days of delivery by contacting us with a clear photo of the problem.

1.2 Non-Defective Items

Because our products are custom-made on demand, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer.

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

  • Minor variations in color or design due to screen settings or lighting.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before ordering.

2. Refund Process

2.1 How to Request a Refund

If your item is eligible for a refund:

  1. Contact us at americana@retroroadco.com within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo showing the defect or damage.

  3. Our team will review your request and will try to respond within 3 business days.

There is no need to return the damaged product unless specifically requested.

2.2 Refund or Reprint

If approved, we will either:

  • Issue a free reprint of the item, shipped to the original address at no additional cost.

  • Provide a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The amount will be credited to your original payment method, or if processed through Printify, it may be credited to your Printify account balance for withdrawal.

3. Shipping Issues

If your order is lost, undelivered, or returned to Printify due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, we can offer:

  • A reprint with an additional shipping fee.

  • A partial refund, at our discretion.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing an order. You can track your order status through your Wix account dashboard.

4. Product Care and Variations

Some items may have a faint scent or pre-treatment residue from the printing process, which is normal and will disappear after the first wash. Wash garments inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Minor variations in color or texture may occur due to the custom production process and are not considered defects.
