We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate. However, slight variations in color, fit, or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing differences. We are not liable for such discrepancies.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be added at checkout. We are not responsible for pricing errors, but we will notify you and allow cancellation if a pricing error occurs.

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards and other methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before we process your order. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information is accurate.

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee product availability. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a refund for that item.

We ship to the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters).
4.2 Delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
Our products are custom-made through Printify and supplied by Bayside Apparel/Bella + Canvas/Generic Brand. We offer refunds or reprints for defective or damaged items (e.g., printing errors, tears) if reported within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns or refunds for non-defective items, including incorrect size or color ordered, change of mind, or minor variations due to screen settings. Some items may have a faint scent or residue from printing, which is normal and will fade after washing.
5.2 Refund Process
To request a refund, email americana@retroroadco.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will try to review your request within 3 business days and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method or a free reprint within 5-10 business days. Returns are not required unless requested.
5.3 Shipping Issues
For lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses, we may offer a reprint with an additional shipping fee or a partial refund, at our discretion. Track your order via your Wix account dashboard.
