At RetroRoad Co., we strive to deliver your retro-inspired apparel as quickly and efficiently as possible. We partner with Printify for print-on-demand fulfillment and Bayside Apparel/Bella + Canvas/Generic Brand as our suppliers to produce high-quality, American-made products. This Shipping Policy outlines our process, timelines, and responsibilities to ensure a smooth delivery experience on our Wix-powered website.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to and only to the United States.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the shipping method selected. Costs are provided by Printify and vary depending on the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
3. Processing and Delivery Times
3.1 Order Processing
Since our products are custom-made, Printify and Bayside Apparel/Bella + Canvas/Generic Brand require 2-5 business days to produce your order. Once production is complete, your order will be shipped.
3.2 Shipping Times

Total delivery time (production + shipping) typically ranges from 5-12 business days for orders. These are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, or unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx, as selected by Printify, to deliver your orders. The carrier for your order will be specified in your shipping confirmation email.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order directly through your Wix account dashboard. If you have trouble tracking your order, contact us at americana@retroroadco.com.
6. Shipping Issues
6.1 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to Printify due to an incorrect address, we can reship the order, but you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. Alternatively, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
6.2 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at americana@retroroadco.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printify and the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a reprint or a partial refund.
6.3 Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes). We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
